Cancellation Policy

If you cancel (as a guest)

Important notes:

  • The guest service fee (8%) is never refunded, regardless of when you cancel.
  • For Standard bookings (Option A), the refund cannot exceed the deposit you paid via card.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • No-shows are automatically detected 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.

If the owner cancels

When an owner cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a Treyboat credit for the penalty amount. This credit can be used toward your next booking.

Credits expire 90 days from issue and are applied automatically at checkout.

Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of an active NOAA weather advisory affecting the departure marina, the owner may cancel without penalty. The Treyboat platform fee remains non-refundable, but the guest receives a credit equal to that fee. Contact us at support@treyboat.com for weather-related cancellations.
